AUTOCLEAVER™

Our standard AUTOCLEAVER™ is an ultra-high precision fiber cleaver for telecom and other fiber types with cladding diameters below 230 µm. The fast and highly reliable fiber optic cleaver combines low and consistent cleave angles with the fastest cleaving process in the industry and very low maintenance requirements.

For large diameter fiber, we have developed the AUTOCLEAVER LDF™ AUTOCLEAVER LDF-M™, which gives the capability to process fiber with cladding diameters up to 1000 µm while maintaining all the speed, consistency and reliability of our standard fiber optical cleaver.

Microstructured fibers, photonic crystal fibers and capillary tubes can be processed with the AUTOCLEAVER S2™ which has a specially designed clamping system with adjustable force levels in order not to damage these often brittle and fragile fiber types during cleaving.

The AUTOCLEAVER S1™ is an ultra-high precision cleaver specially designed for production applications where close control of bare fiber length after cleaving is required. It senses the edge of the coating and automatically adjusts the cleave point to meet a specific bare fiber length with high precision. For any specific challenge, our experienced applications engineers can help you optimize your cleaving process or develop a custom solution.

The small and lightweight MINICLEAVER™ is designed to provide versatile fiber cleaving capability in settings where portability and consistent cleaving results are required. It features a built-in battery and is well suited for use both in field splicing and in laboratory or production environments where available space is limited.
