COMBINER LOADER™

Description

The COMBINER LOADER™ is a device designed to simplify the process of loading optical fibers simultaneously into a capillary tube.

Specifically designed holders, funnels and fiber combs are integrated to easily hold the capillary, feed the fibers through it while keeping them sorted, fix them and transfer the assembly to the SMARTSPLICER™.

The COMBINER LOADER™ features an adjustable capillary loading platform which is customizable depending of capillary size, fiber size and amount of fibers being loaded.
An ultrasonic cleaner is included to ensure the cleanliness of the combiner, both inside and outside.

When the loading is completed, the capillary holder can be moved directly into the SMARTSPLICER™ or other platforms for fusing the combiners.
