High accuracy cleaving with the MINICLEAVER

We have performed a number of tests on our MINICLEAVER and are happy to report that it is cleaving with very high accuracy. The MINICLEAVER is our newest cleaver product for battery-operated cleaving operations with a very compact design. As such the device is ideal for in field or laboratory operation. The cleaver is extremely simple to operate, including a precise fiber clamp for the best cleaving operations.

The cleaver can be operated for fibers between 125 and 400 µm and we have achieved cleaves typically below 0.3°, showing the reliability and precision of our smallest cleaver.
