Create perfectly homogeneous ball lenses thanks to the vertical splicing and ring-shaped heat zone axicon technologies. The combination of high-precision translation stages and precise CO₂ laser power allows now to produce ball lenses with high repeatability and control on the final shape and size. Our new dedicated user-friendly process editor makes it simple for the user to create, edit and run the process in a few clicks. The new process is available for new orders but also as a software upgrade for your current SMARTSPLICER™ glass processing station. Contact us for more details!
